Ordering is fun and easy! We give our customers creative control. Pick any customizable design on our website and simply fill in the form with the details. You can choose the size, color and word(s) you would like on your sign. If you need help with sizing or need a recommendation, please contact us.

May I get a proof?

Absolutely! If you would like to recieve a proof prior to the production of your sign, please leave a note at checkout. Getting a proof will add approximately 2-3 business days to turnaround times.

Can I see some photos of finished signs?

We love sharing photos of our custom pieces in action! You can browse our gallery of customer photos here.

Can I get more than one word for a Custom Name Sign?

Each design and size has a suggested character count limit so you may have multiple words if the limit allows it. Please note, the more letters there are, the shorter the height of a sign. Refer to our size guide on our product page’s for further clarification. If you would like multiple words and a large size, we would suggest ordering multiple signs and requesting them made proportional in height rather than one sign with multiple words. You may contact us for additional assistance or suggestions.

When will I get my order?

Our average production time to complete and ship out a custom sign is approximately 1-2 weeks. After your piece is made, it will be shipped directly to you. Shipping time varies based on location, but is usually 2-5 days.

Please note production and shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19 or peak seasons when demand is high During these times, production may be extended to 5+ weeks.

I need my piece by a certain date.

If you need your piece delivered by a certain date, please contact us so we can see what options are available.

How tall will my name sign be?

Because each name and every letter varies so much, please send us a message prior to purchasing if you need precise measurements for your final piece. The longer the name or the more characters there are, the shorter the height.

I need custom sizing.

Whether you need something small, tall or gigantic, we’re happy to accommodate. Simply contact us with the design and size you need and we’ll do the rest.

I want a color that isn’t listed on your website.

Contact us and let us know what color you want and we’ll try to make it happen 🙂

Do you do Greek letters?

We sure do! 

My confirmation email showed a picture of the wrong name.

Don’t worry. The image on your confirmation email is just a placeholder. Your piece will arrive with the name you entered in the customization box.

Why do the prices vary?

Because each piece is completely customized, prices vary by product, size and finish (unfinished, painted or glittered).

Can you make a logo for my business?

Of course. Logos, business names, slogans and catchphrases – we do them all. to request a logo or design that is unavailable on our website, please send us an email with the design, fonts, color and size you would like.

I want something completely custom, can you make it?

If you dream it, we can make it (most of the time!) Email us with what you have in mind, a sketch, sizing, colors, etc and we’ll help bring it to life.

How do I cancel my order?

As every piece is custom made and we are one of the industry’s fastest in producing custom work, please send cancellation requests within 12 hours. If the requests exceeds 12 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. If production has already started on your piece or it has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

My order arrived but was damaged/wrong

Sometimes a package may be mishandled and damaged during shipment, but not to worry! If your order arrives with any damage or is incorrect, contact us immediately and send us a photo so we can help make it right.

I ordered my piece unfinished. What do you recommend I use to paint it?

We recommend using a quality brand spray paint. Apply a first coat, focusing mainly on the edges (the over-spray will cover most of the top). Let it dry, then lightly sand it with 220 grit sandpaper. Finally, apply an even coat of spray paint to finish your piece.

How do I hang my monogram and/or name?

Our pieces do not come with any hanging hardware. We recommend using a small nail or two (the same size you would use to hang a picture frame) to hang your sign. “Rest” any of the edges or cutouts of your piece on the nails. Also, double-sided foam tape works great as well, you get add some to your order here.

Is there a warranty?

Most custom shops do not, but because we are so confident in our quality, we offer a warranty that covers any manufacturer’s defects for up to five years after the original purchase date. Basically, if your custom piece arrives damaged and it’s our fault, we will refund or replace your product for free! However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your piece through on your own. The warranty does not cover outdoor or weather damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, paint chipping or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims so please save your receipt or order number. Please review our warranty details here.
